Matt Ferguson grew up in Vancouver up until the age of 9 and then moved to Vancouver Island. At a young age Matt knew that he wanted to be a professional and do something entrepreneurial. In his 20's he started investing in real estate and owned 3 rental properties and then moved into investing through private equity. Seeing how everything worked, he set out and got his private equity license and loves working in the Real Estate industry as a Realtor with the Sims Real Estate Group.
Matt is married to his life partner Keri, and has twins, Parker and Paisley. Matt loves living on Vancouver Island where he can take his kids to lakes, beaches, and be outdoors where his children thrive.
